If you're interested in working at Harvold Berry Farm for Spring & Summer 2025, please submit your application via the link below. We offer part-time positions (up to 30 hours a week) that are great for high schoolers or retirees looking for a few hours or days of work. To join our team at Harvold Farms, you must be at least 14 years old and available throughout the summer. During strawberry season, you should be available in June for Saturdays and at least two midweek days. For raspberry season, availability in July into August on both Saturdays and Wednesdays is required.

Position duties at Harvolds Berry Farm include:

- Providing excellent customer service to ensure each visitor has a friendly experience, always serving with a smile.

- Weighing berries and veggies, entering totals into our system, accepting payments, and providing change.

- Performing basic math and learning to count cash back accurately.

- Balancing the cash drawer, with training provided.

- Assembling boxes using a stapler and handling repetitive actions.

- Assigning rows to customers in the berry fields.

- Assisting with parking as needed.

- Keeping stands and customer areas clean, including picking up garbage in the fields and checking toilets and water containers for supplies, notifying management if anything is out.

- Monitoring customers to ensure they comply with our picking requirements.

- Walking the fields to look for carriers, containers, and buckets left behind.

- Being okay with loud noises, such as the air horn used at closing.

- Assisting in the planting of crops and weeding with necessary tools.
