Great positions for high schoolers or retirees looking for a few hours or days.
Must be minimum 14 years old to work.
Must be available through out the summer.
- Strawberry Season must be available in June for Saturday & at least 2 days Midweek schedule.
- Raspberry season must be available July into August both Saturday & Wednesday.
Position duties include:
- Customer service making sure the customer has a great friendly experience, service with a smile.
- Weighing berries and veggies and inputting into square for totals and receive payment and giving change (payment handling).
- Able to do basic math and able to learn how to count cash back.
- Balance cash drawer, will teach how to do it.
- Assembling boxes, must be able to use stapler and handle repetitive action.
- Assigning rows to customers in berry fields.
- May have to assist with parking.
- Keeping stands and customer areas clean including picking up garbage in the field and checking toilets and water containers to see if ok and if TP is out or not, if out notify Management.
- Keep aware of customers to make sure they are abiding by our requirements to pick.
- Walk the fields looking for carriers, containers and buckets.
- OK with loud noise such as air horn used at closing.
- May assist in planting of crops and weeding with necessary tools.
